Read the complete post next time. s stand for sees and k stands for knows. *s3 is perfectly true. Doh. Sorry, you're right, ...

We know that everyone sees 3 persons with blue eyes: *s3 (everyone sees at least 3 people with blue eyes) And here's the fallacy in your logic - we know that, but they don't. A doesn't know that B can see three people with blue eyes, because A doesn't know what his own eye color is. A knows B can s...

It is therefore breaking the first ammendment. Period. Doesn't matter whether or not it's doing any serious harm, it's ag...

Just to prove I read the rules (even though I didn't 100% follow them ;) Here I am, not being a spam-bot. Love teh xkcd, even if it is a pain in the butt to talk about since it has no easy pronunciation or abbreviation (xk might work). Just got turned on to it when my girlfriend bought me a "Sc...

People have been trying to explain this for pages and pages and months and months, maybe I can help - The ONLY way that the strategy "if n people don't leave on day n, then there must be at least n+1 people" works is if *everyone* uses that strategy. If anyone doesn't, the whole thing brea...
