It could depend on whose subs you're reading mayhaps. On an official stream I watched it off, you do hear Ryuuko refer to it as Senketsu (well it probably more comes out like Senkets') with the exposition line saying "I'm calling you Senketsu because you're a vampire who wants my blood" Th...

Felt underwhelmed by Eva 3 as well. World-building, pretty good, design of the post-Third Impact Tokyo-3 and shot-for-shot parallels to those in 1.11 & 2.22. Really it just felt 'short' compared to 2.22. We get one angel at the start, thirty minutes of piano playing, and the 2-on-2 fight...

Having dabbled in a spot of mmorpg myself, there was plenty in SAO I found rather jarring Second arc - Okay, so we've got a wings mechanic like Aion. If you beat the game with your faction, you and the rest of your one seventh of the playerbase will ascend and become gods and get permanent fligh...

Attack on Tighten I've mostly been begrudgingly watching to keep tabs with what seems to be the hive mind talking point, but most of it doesn't really enthral me. Fate/Zero kinda might well need more than the first episode for someone to get into it. As much as it's a double-bill length episode, it's dialogue-heavy setting up the 'RPG' format of the story. I don't think it's until episode 4 that any of them actually start fighting regrettably. But once there ...

Rooney gave an underwhelming performance. I'm pretty sure the only way he stayed on the full 120 was "he's one of the main penalty-takers for his domestic team, scores them fairly reliably, so we'll kinda need him later".

I think for the UK release the distributors could only put it on for 1 day of cinema nationwide, presumably compensating by getting a quick DVD release.
