Re: Ubuntu resolution problem

Firstly you should update (if thats not the latest version).

Anyway I don't use Ubuntu but get the correct driver for your graphics card (change your xorg.conf to what it was) and then add a PrefferedMode "1280x800".

Debian is pretty easy to install and use. Ubuntu is even more user friendly but I'd recommend debian over ubuntu. Then there is slack and gentoo (which I use) which I don't recommend till you get familiar with the cli. I haven't used Arch but the documentation seems awesome and should be a great hel...

If possible (if it lasts that long) try a boot disk. You would need to get your ram, gpu, hdd checked out. Since you said something about the DVD drive, try disabling it. Also try some other ram sticks from a friend.

I thought I posted a reply here yesterday, must've forgotten to hit submit.

Anyway, just import the project again into Eclipse. Next time rename projects from Eclipse itself.

As for your java error, check if you've the compiler. Type javac into a terminal.

Throw me a TV show set in the medieval period with realism and with fantasy material such as magic(?) and/or mythical creatures like dragons. (It's for a friend, as for myself I'll wait for Game of Thrones season 2 which he doesn't like)

Thanks.

So the the drive which I have on one of my boxes isn't being recognised at all right now. If I open up the box and plug the SATA cable into a different port on the the motherboard it works fine again. It goes back to being not detected in a while (weeks/months). Why? Can't be a defective SATA port c...

I normally try to trace where they are going (full body for lower health classes) or predict where the head will be for heavy/demo.

I just hate Scouts (everyone except 2fort where you can just shoot em down) when I play Sniper. Any tricks to get them?

No, for withholding software install rights.

Preventing porn != locking up the computer.

If you're against shooting him you can try something else but going back to the topic, the OP said that the kid wasn't a moron, in cases like this not giving admin passwords etc would just annoy him.

Try the usual methods (drivers, linux live cd). If it doesn't work, check the pins for the front audio jacks on the motherboard. Refer to the manual.
