No miles. I have bad news from the podiatrist. I tore my "posterior tibial tendon", which means I can't run the Pittsburgh marathon this year. Although I should be fine for the Hatfield-McCoy marathon in June, the Pittsburgh Triathlon in July, and the Pikes Peak marathon in August.

I met up with a friend and did one mile on track before going to the gym. I think this still counts right?
I haven't done a time trial in yearrrrs. Hit a 5:46. I made a two-year goal to break 5.

Jan 9th - 5 mile "Frigid Five Mile" road race
Jan 16th - 7.2 mile "Chilly Cheeks" trail race
Feb 5th - 8.5 miles and 40 flights of steps
Feb 19th - 5 mile "Frostbite Five Mile" road race

527.5 + 25.7 = 553.2

Hm. Let's do some math. I started running in 7th grade, let's say 15 miles a week. Moved up to 35/week by the time I was in 12th grade. Ran 2 years in college, 40 or 45/week. Since then I've ran 5 marathons and a dozen half marathons.

Heck, that's 10,000 miles right there.

I've been using the Droid48 app, which replicates the HP 48 fairly nicely. Coming from an HP background, it wasn't much of a learning curve. I'd say give it a shot and rtfm (It's a good m).

Oh, I do realize that. Pittsburgh had a nice three feet of snow in a weekend, in which I gathered up a few friends for a backpacking trip. Nothing beats winter activities.

If you want a real-world example of a database used in a desktop application, Rosetta Stone stores all user data in a dBase file, I think.
