Eh. Given time hallucinations/delusions lower in intensity. Especially helped by the fact that by that time you're well aware of the fact you're crazy. Depends really what you mean by hallucination. The thing that Nash would be suffering would be a hallucination where it is basically just like a dream where you can't tell it's a dream (otherwise he would have been able to tell instantly what was real and what wasn't). Take antipsychotics. If you don't like the effects, take them long enough to temporarily get rid of your hallucinations. Then ask people you are now sure are real about new people. People you mysteriously never saw while on antipsychotics you can safely assume were hallucinations.
