Re: why nerdy girls sucks (and not in the good way)

I'd like to respond to all of you, but suffice it to say that I see my commentary was spot on and some of you little bitches got sand in your vaginas... which nerdy girls really need to shave more often.

Re: why nerdy girls suck (and not in the good way)

Anyway, I found myself surrounded by a bunch of Jeneane Garafalo look-a-likes wearing plaid and thick-rimmed glasses, talking about how awesome Will Farrel is, and how rap music should be relegated to lesser species. Just for the record, Janeane Garofalo is hot. And you forgot to talk to these girl...

Re: why nerdy girls suck (and not in the good way)

I'll take it under advisement not to go to the improv club at your local uni. Ditto. My girlfriend is pretty nerdy at times. She's not unusual by normal person standards, but she has some quite nerdish tendencies. Astrophysics student, likes computer games, quite handy with a PC, over-analyses situ...

Re: why nerdy girls suck (and not in the good way)

Nice title 8) The reason I don't go for nerdy girls is the last thing I want to talk about in a relationship is what I have to do at work. When I'm hanging out with members of the opposite sex I'd much rather be talking about anything else than computers or nerdy stuff in general. Girls that know n...

why nerdy girls sucks (and not in the good way)

On a recommendation from a friend I went to an Improv Club meetup at my local uni. "These girls are nerdy and into anime," he said. I thought that would be right up my alley, seeing as how I spend all my free time alone on the computer. Anyway, I found myself surrounded by a bunch of Jenea...

Garden State - Hopefully Natalie Portman will distract you from the complete lack of substance. I'm not even going to justify this complaint with a response. Except to say - you missed the point, man! It's billed as a romantic comedy...it's really much more of a dark comedy. I assume Natalie Portma...

I once took it upon myself to help a rich, Jewish man through his mental breakdown. He became convinced that his father's death was due to a societal acceptance of euthanasia of elderly people who's medical care costs were too great to stomach. I believe this was largely due to his study of economic...

I would like to take this opportunity to hop in and say that the sequels to Frank Herbert's Dune are very worthwhile. While Dune Messiah was not all that great, it is an interesting end cap to the original Dune story. Children of Dune, I thought, was really enjoyable. The only problem I had here wa...

Studies show that nicotine dampers the dopamine mesolimbic system, the heightened state of which has been linked to schizophrenia.

There's also that propaganda from the tobacco lobbyists about nicotine and Alzheimer's, but I've never looked into that.

Vernor Vinge - Anything that doesn't have 'realtime' in the title. Every time he publishes a book, which is just about every 5 years, it wins the Hugo (SF Pulitzer) and the Nebula (SF lesser-Pulitzer).

At all costs, avoid Peter F. Hamilton, except for maybe "Fallen Dragon."
