Angua, thank you. Having this word alone was amazingly helpful, and got me in the right direction of getting good information. I'd been told by a previous GP that basically if I wasn't interested in hormonal treatments, there was no point in giving me a referral, but reading up now I at least know there is more that can be done, and without hormones. Some of it is basically the same thing my dentist does! :D Admittedly I'm still too anxious to sort out an appointment, but I've now got the right information, and that will definitely make a big difference. Thanks so much.
Artemisia wrote:e_e: do you have a hormonal IUD or non hormonal?
Non-hormonal. There are a lot of genetic things in my family that make me a bit wary about even localised hormonal things. I should read up again and check the risks.

Feel free to ask! For the most part it doesn't affect my life, so I'm quite lucky.

Re: Cat Care (II?)

Cats are not bush dwellers they like to be up high. It's worth adding a #notallcats to this, or at least a ymmv. my friend Catherine is a british shorthair, and she is both clumsy and very uncomfortable jumping or being off the ground. Don't think your cat is weird if they're not very good at the w...

There have been quite a few sudden, and painful, deaths in my extended circles over the last few years, all equally tragic and absurd. Sudden death is the worst, and the worst for everyone. There is no closure. It just happens, out of the blue, and everyone sits around feeling shocked and confused. ...

I do the same as Enjua. To be honest, it's quite rare that I've ever needed to change in the middle of the day - only really on my two worst days, otherwise just timing it before and after work is fine. With regards to band size, usually that's a straight-out measurement in inches around your chest and under your breasts. Don't forget, you've got the extra eyes that generally give you an inch or two extra, so that's usually a bit easier. Cup size is the tricky one. Even I do that by trial and error...

Real women are made of human flesh and often have blood coursing through their veins.

In fact, surveys suggest that nearly all real women regularly imbibe oxygen and produce carbon dioxide as a waste product.
