And what about consonants?
Twelfths, angstrum, strengths, latchstring, borschts. How about "borscht's schwa" as in, "The bacon borscht's schwa occurs in the word 'bacon.'" 10.

For anyone wondering, I did some research and calculated the highest and lowest surface gravities.

Low: Mt. Chimborazo, Equador at about 9.748 m/s^2
High: North Pole at about 9.867 m/s^2

Like many other xkcd comic, I've thought about this before.
