Oh man, this is giving me flashbacks to my first anime convention. I went with a non-fan, and only realized how incredibly pointless all the divisions are when I tried to explain them. And some of them are really bitter, too.

Besides the historical context of the joke it's funny because he ignores classical chess rules and replaces pawns with archers. If people could customize their chessboard I think the game would be popular with more people and teach better strategy. What, exactly, is stopping people from customizing...

I had to Google "Advent Calendar". I've never seen one here in Canada. I grew up in Canada, moving between Ottawa and Vancouver. I'm not religious in any way, nor was I raised in a religious household. They have always been a part of christmas, no matter where I was, for me and my friends...

I once drank about 11 litres within 5 hours. It hurts. It really, really hurts. After some time, the muscles controlling your bladder cramp which leaves you with the permanent feeling you need to pee as well as the permanent ability to pee, if only a few drops, since the bladder gets only refilled ...
