Re: [SAFESPACE] Woman Thread - All Things Women. Period.

I've done the HCG diet. You have to want to lose at least 20lbs, and it does work, but it's hard to maintain your lower weight unless you're ready for some lifestyle changes (better diet and exercise after you stop taking the shots [it's also available in an oral form]). Please PM me if you want mor...

Re: Too OCD to Read?

I can't say I relate. In fact, I'm probably the opposite, like dbsmith. I'm wondering, though, have you tried reading books that are less detailed? I'm thinking there must be some genres/styles that have more vague descriptions of characters and scenery. I can't think of a good example, but if Tolki...

episode 2 did Stannis have sex with Melisandre in the book? I might be super forgetful about this, but... I thought one of his main character traits was that he was 100% faithful to his wife (unlike Robert) even if their marriage bed was cold. I feel like the TV show is really struggling to ...

Hi all, I just got a job as an RA (Resident Assistant) next year in a four-class dorm, and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences they wanted to share related to it. That could be suggestions for me, complaints, hopes, anything! -- really what I'd love to hear is what details you loved about ...

Question about stuff for the face (concealer, mainly, I suppose): I would like to cover up zits and scars, but I also have LOTS of freckles that I don't want to dull or cover. Obviously green concealer is the logical option, but is there a way I can use it that won't mess with my freckles?
