Well, what's g''(x)? convexity doesn't imply differentiability at any rate I found the solution. I was using the definition of convexity that spivak first gave me. I keep working under the assumption that if f is convex then the function g such that g(x) = f(-x) for all x is convex as well. A lot of the proofs I am writing rely on this fact but I can't seem to prove it myself right now. I can't brain today, I have the dumb.

My relationship with my Physics professor has been pretty rough so far. I always feel a bit of hostility coming from her every time I answer a question in a way that she doesn't like. She seems to always focus on me in asking questions. It feels as if she's trying to destroy me.
