Listen, do you see what you just did? It is called double posting. There is a rule against it. Form this we can tell that you haven't followed people like Poxic's advice to read the rules and other stickies or even just to LURK MOAR. Thus you have crossed my "I now hate you" threshold. Th...

What, are you trying to imply we wouldn't know where Chile is?!  oh, not at all! Besides, on that map you even know what Tierra del Fuego is, wich is really cool. I remember another such map that just said "Here be Dragons". And our dragon army is supposed to be a secre...

Re: What are the xkcd forums about? I seriously don't know.

I hear mods can only see things that are moving, so if you never edit your posts, you're safe from their wrath. Although I know for a fact they can't see color, and that's the reason only they are allowed to post with colored text. So if you color your text nearly black, like this sentence, they ca...

If you didn't laugh at anything someone other than yourself posted in this thread since it began, then XKCD is possibly not the place for you. If you were more curious than amused, do what SexyTalon said, and lurk moar. If you've got time to post you've got time to read, else you'd just be doing so...

No, like coding. As in computer coding. As in writing computer programs or scripts or html or even bbcode. Pay more attention to what's going on around you. Browse forums beyond General. Learn, even if it's to only know you never want to set foot in an area again. And read this. All of it. No, I'm ...

Re: Has anyone ever called you a genius?

I wonder if there's higher instances of men being called 'a genius' than women. Hard to collect data on that, but this thread suggests there may be no bias either way as people of both genders have been posting that they have been called it. Personally no, but then academically I am good at English...
