Hit 17 last night, good and strict. Which is a high-water mark since '15JAN when I got 19.

Was a long slog to go from 16 to 17, but I'm also up in weight a bit, so, I'll take it I guess.

Now let's see if I can go from 17 to 18 in less than 2.5 months...

Still working. Just elliptical the last couple weeks. Also variable durations and programs, so nothing to track really.

But, putting in good work.



I guess some would find ellipticals dull too, but I really like being able to just close my eyes and submerge.
