If you want to see a debate that isn't controlled by the Republican/Democratic duopoly, the third party debate was held earlier tonight. You can see it here . Jill Stein, Rocky Anderson, Virgil Goode, and Gary Johnson participated with Larry King moderating. Video for those that missed it: http://w...

For any given social system and a sufficiently large enough input population, there will be some abuse. That's a horrible reason to shy away from it. Censoring/banning the issue will just result in failure somewhere. Embrace it, lightly regulate it, and you greatly diminish the abuses.

So does this "Libertarian" have similar values as the Ronpaul in wanting to rid states of the "tyranny" of the US constitution in general and the bill of rights in particular? No. Fascism of the states isn't one of his goals. I've never understood why so-call libertarians are so...

One poll, in South Carolina (notably: Colbert's home state), doesn't really prove the point*- you need to look at the overall picture. If Romney were to withdraw from the race right now, this very instant, Johnson's chances at victory would not be any larger than they were before. Huntsman would ha...

Probably a more valid comparison (truth be told, I haven't actually read much on Johnson's views), though Huntsman has the advantage of being far more electable- to the point of having a practical shot at victory.
