You're telling me. I have lost 3 pounds I'm not even trying to lose. I think it's the sweating and the up hill biking.

Re: BIKE 10,000 miles

I'll do the calculation later. Tid bit - When I doubled (Almost tripled) my ride to work, I thought, pft what I do now is SO FREAKING EASY this wont be a big deal. Its 32 degrees out and 15 miles a day is eaither going to get easier or much worse. I'm thinking easier. Just keep peddling, just keep p...

Re: Screechings of the Great Unwashed (Meander to the Morgue

I actually make it a habit of mine to say "Do you have a moment, or a minute".

I think I said "Hey I have a question for ya, or Hey quick question" before as well.

My recent problem is people saying O when they mean 0.

Drives me, batshit, insane.

What's funny is when I went looking for the copy/paste that is the link I copied it from.

Re: BIKE 10,000 miles

Daily commute since last post = 68.

2195.8 + 68 = 2263.8

Today is the first day I rode my bike from my new address. Going to 5 miles from 2 is, not bad. But it's Florida and it's effin hot out.

So from now on my commute will be 10 per day.

Phew.

I have black out curtains that pull to the sides and they go behind everything else so you barely notice they are there. You have the option of letting the reg curtains filter in some light or pulling it all shut.

When they are shut it's night time at noon. Love them.
