Several actually. To be honest, I mostly use notepad++ and a browser to simply check if it's working, but if you're doing some kind of uber complicated javascript, try Eclipse. http://www.eclipse.org/ it's quite powerful, and does much more than simply javascript, as the IDE has plugins to switch it...
