I'm back in the Olympia area for the foreseeable future. If anybody would like to do another meetup, let me know!

Also contactable via AIM and MSN and all of those good things, if I vanish from the boards like I too-frequently happen to.

Anybody posting that they want to play Multiplayer should post their Steam ID!

Mine is HyperShadic. I'm usually online, and should be mostly free for playing. I much prefer to Skype at the same time, as it's more fun if you can actually talk with people.

Re: Interesting but flawed games

Both Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Tactics Advance 2 were punished quite a bit by the law system. Especially in the second game, where the laws don't apply to the opponent, and can be triggered by one of your characters getting a critical hit. Yes, one of the few games where you can be punished ...

In MHTri, I have a Lance-using character who is decked out in full Agnaktor armor.. The game is fun multiplayer, but I really wish that they would like, double the drop rates.

Oh, and having normal mobs actually be synced online would be nice.

Yeah, but that can be a good roleplaying point. Bingo. After trying to (and miserably failing) to use the assault rifle on the magician, it makes sense that I would want to pick up a fire arm. My character had been shot by the a few times now, anyways. Besides, the boss of the security guards was p...

I've been played a few sessions of Shadowrun with my group. It's actually a lot of fun. Playing a Rogue-like character who made it three sessions without actually having a firearm.. Re: Dungeons and Dragons (and other tabletop RPGs)

My only issue with roleplaying is that it can put a serious damper on efficiency in terms of dungeon-exploring. I like to play a character that's a bit impatient and will go wandering off (He's a pretty meaty Goliath Fighter), and the other players around the table are like "Hey, wait!"

Let us not forget that in super smash brothers, Samus is one of the worst characters, and loses fairly easily to a pink blob. That's because Sakurai couldn't balance a game properly if it only had one character. This should be Samus, easily. Far more firepower, stronger armor, more flexibility, mor...
