Re: Recommend me Gamecube games

Yes, do check out Ikaruga. Easily one of the greatest arcade space shooters ever created, and brought perfectly to the GCN. I highly recommend renting it, and I would easily buy it if I could find it for sale.

Re: Recommend me Gamecube games

Viewtiful Joe is good. I'd look for both I and II, but stay away from th fighter that they made. Beyond Good & Evil is something I've always heard really good things about but never been able to play. P.N.03 is another in the same boat for me. I also highly recommend the Rogue Squadron games. Bo...

Re: So, Broomball

We managed to get broomball banned in public schools in our city. We were playing at recess like... 9 years ago (wow that feels weird to say), and someone took a huge swing at the ball and their stick went flying forward with the ball and got a kid in the head. Messy story short, school board demand...

Is it wrong that the only reason I won't check off Sony is because I hate them for making crappy hardware that feels like it's going to break it if I breathe on it? Or should I hate them because all they do is re-brand the same game machine each cycle by putting in some new guts and putting a new nu...

Is it really PG-13 though? I've seen the R rated trailer, but everywhere I look it's rated PG-13 or 14A. I definitely want to go see it, but I'm not sure what to expect from it in this respect.

Soups are awesome. Especially during the winter. A good soup can fill you right up, keeps you warm from the inside, and it'll last you a while before you need to eat something else. Remember, it's soup THEN sandwich! I could really go for some nice homemade split pea soup right about now. Or cream o...
