Re: Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

Yeah someone said an hour in the gym helps them. True. It's widely believed that people who do strenuous physical exercise suffer less from stress. Ask someone who runs one of those clinic deelys. I guess it is also likely that some people have problems with their serototin (whatever it is) levels. ...

Re: CONSOLE WARS!!!

The figures speak volumes. Over half of all gaming hardware sales (I don't think this includes PC by the way) are Nintendo products. People like this stuff! Y'know it makes sense doesn't it? They've spent years innovating controllers and games and gameplay in the industry and it is quite surprising ...

Re: Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

I know people who are happier in certain seasons than others. Christmas and New Year is particular bad for loners and the lack of long days can make it seem like nothing is being achieved during each short day whilst some people hate summer because it's relentless sunshine and they are under the ill...

Re: Can a 5-Year-Old Consent to Suicide?

Think about it... uncurable terminal diseases are just that... uncurable and terminal. If they cause pain and suffering as death approaches then I think euthanasia is more than defensible in this case and a doctor can feel that they have fulfilled their hippocratic oath by making the whole ordeal ea...

Re: Can a 5-Year-Old Consent to Suicide?

I don't think what those adults did was right. I don't think you should just be able to go up to a doctor for no reason and request to be killed. I especially don't think a child (or anyone healthy) really can justify ending their life out of I don't know...misery? despair? I do think though however...

Re: Recommend me Gamecube games

I got it no bother. I think they want as many Nintendo fans to be able to play it especially since the Wii demand sort of excluded a lot of people initially. I'm now trying to get a hold of Super Mario Galaxy which was sold out today but I think they stock up at the weekend anyway. I NEED that game!...

I use this symbol that Graham Jameson uses because he was my first lecturer at Lancaster.

Never had the hardware to do the whole linking thing with the Oracle games unfortunately!
