Re: Pseudo science

I think stereotyping is ignorant and moronic, as I'm seeing in this thread. o.0

I'd also like to make a nomination towards "Intelligent Design" as the winner of pseudoscience.

Primer

Primer is an amazing independant film. It's complex, entertaining, and filled with serious hardcore science.

Re: Ayn Rand

I've read Anthem, The Fountainhead, and Atlas Shrugged, and I like them, although they are certainly long. I admit I do think I am, atleast slightly, an idealist. Re: Books everyone seems to hate that you think are good

Every book I read, because I live in Texas where reading is a sign of the devil. Although, a lot of people online hate on Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series because they think he purposely started to draw out the story, supposedly this starts around book 7ish, which I haven't gotten to yet. :-)

Re: Distro Whores...I mean Distro Wars!

I use Arch Linux, it's community is great, along with it's philosophy and package manager. I loved when I first installed it, and had nothing but the basics, which was basically the package manager. I was then able to put only what I wanted on my system. I used Zenwalk, but hated that the developers...

Re: Operating Systems

Can not stand Mac. Windows 2000 and XP were good personally, I hated 95 and 98, and am not trying Vista. Linux is nice, I use Arch.

Re: CONSOLE WARS!!!

I hate the Wii, and love Xbox Live and Xbox games. I like the Dualshock 2/SIXAXIS, but just wished they'd weight a little more.

Re: Tabs vs Spaces

I use tabs as it's much faster. Although being a high school student, it doesn't matter whether I use tabs, spaces, comments, or alt codes.

Re: Browsers

I am now using Opera after getting fed up with Firefox. A few days ago, Firefox lost all my profile settings, including bookmarks, history, etc. I tried to repair it, as it's happened before, but it was having problems with profiles, etc. I recovered my bookmarks though, and transfered them to Opera...
