Han would shoot first. I think Mal has a sweeter gun. Han is probably a better shot. Mal is more resourceful simply because of his portrayals of leadership and wit in the series. Han doesn't do much outsmarting. In a crew battle...that comes down to River v Luke. I think Luke has the upperhand there...
