I thought The Waldo Moment was entertaining but still the weakest of the latest series. Episode 2 was a particular highlight, but I thought the tone and the acting in the first was also excellent.

Re: The Hobbit

How it should have been:

Less time eating the meal at Bag End
No White Council (save it for the second film, keep the mystery more)
No Radagast, or absolute minimal Radagast without bird shit on his face
    No stone giants
    A lot less CGI
    More time with Gollum
    Overall, about 45 minutes shorter

I didn't get how the wire was even going to wrap around the tree. Wasn't there a force field around the tree? Or could the wire pass through the force field? Perhaps the gamemakers just assumed Beetee was trying to keep the tributes busy while letting the others catch up to and kill them, o...

I find the movie is much better if you view Gosling's character as a functional retard in the vein of Forest Gump. The movie makes much more sense that way.

I thought N&A doesn't have enough religious wars going on at the moment, and I don't know about you but I'm thoroughly bored with rehashing Israel versus Palestine again and again, so let's have a new one. Those of you who don't live in either the UK or Argentina will probably not be aware of th...

Yeah, I'd rather play a sport than watch some people I don't know play them... Having seen the Swedish trilogy and read the first book (about to start on the second), I thought the David Fincher film was superior to the Swedish version.
