Re: Can anybody recommend me a webcomic?

I already read 3 of those occasionally but thanks for the info. I should have compiled all webcomics I've read so far, regardless of weather or not they were among my favorites.

Re: Profession-Sorting through hobby's

.... Ah well, you can't blame a guy for the level of idiocy in a first post. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

Hello XKCD people, I am studying Communication - Marketing (if you thought about studying in this area, please don't: it's not challenging and rarely interesting, but it gives you quite a lot of career opportunities), and am interested in literature, philosophy, linguistic (and languages on a more ...

Re: Entertaining Yourself in Your Head

I like to imagine the abject fear and destruction that would occur if a sadistic alien took control of gravity on the planet. Obviously the planet would be ripped apart at the seams if gravity where to be reversed; but I still like to imagine how buildings would be ripped apart and people would be c...

Profession-Sorting through hobby's

My first post. The Idea is to post any experience you've had with someone who does what they love.... Often in a very disconcerting way. Examples would be Cops who Love get off on being an authority over other people, Morticians who are fascinated by corpses.... Et cetera.

Re: INTRO THREAD THE THIRD

being a constant forum-contributor seems kind of pointless if the only payoff is the creation of memetic mutations. I did a quick sample of 100 active users on the forum, and broke down their last 500 posts by filtering out any reference to mimesis. It turns out that, of 500,000 posts, [N/A]only 1....

Re: INTRO THREAD THE THIRD

Hello, I'm Chris. I'm 15, and hate most people my age with a passion (As we all should at that age) I tend to spend a lot of my time on the interwebs listening to ranters (Lev Yilmaz,T.J./TheAmazingAtheist, Howard Bloom) .... As you may have noticed, I tend to be a pseudo-intellectual pretentious pr...
