Re: Quotes of mind-numbing stupidity

Was walking back from dinner in November (I'm in college) when we passed a bunch of "punk" highschoolers with skateboards. Heard one of them say,

"Man, I hate school, man. Its, like, so hard; it's like they're trying to teach you something..."

No Audio Output Device is installed Error

I have Gateway FX 7805u Series laptop running 64 bit Vista, and the audio on it is broken. Ever since yesterday afternoon, it was working that morning, I've been getting the error "No Audio Output Device is installed" over the sound icon on the taskbar. Its got built in speakers of course,...

Re: Star Wars: The Old Republic

After watching the game play trailer for SW the Force Unleashed 2, I'm starting to feel spoiled the Force Unleashed's gameplay. It was the first SW game of its kind, as far as I know, that allowed for the classic, combo based game play, which really sucked the player into the game and made the playe...

In the mac update video there's a little sneak peek at the Engy update. Do computer simulations count? Because if they do (and I think that they do), it has already been done . http://www.ted.com/talks/craig_venter_unveils_synthetic_life.html Ninja for exciting conclusion. If the NPC in question is a quest giver, and you kill him, then pal up with someone who didn't and is working on quests for that NPC.... what happens then? Do you watch your pal talk to empty space? Truly, thank you for sharing. Anyway, I agree that the differences are going to be thematic between corresponding light-dark classes. I was sorta trying to say it but in a more arcing, roundabout, often unclear and confusing way. Which leads back to the idea that there are really only 4 classes. Hop...

I understand why people are suspect that Sith and Jedi classes will be different, and it certainly would be interesting I'm all for it, but I can't see it practically implemented as they''re would be quite a few balance issues that would come along with it. I suspect a few base moves of the correspo...

I too am totally psyched for this game, but as a WoW player, my standards for MMOs are pretty high and I'm concerned for another Warhammer/Matrix Online letdown. I've taken to making sun-tea in my dorm window via two bags in an Aquafina bottle filled with warm tap water (remember, minerals can help to add flavor!) As for additives, for me it depends on the tea. I make a mental note to categorize teas into two columns. "Western teas" (earl grey, bre...
