Yup.

Had a lot of fun with the mods and add ons with this game. Love parts of the story too. The first time a demon wizard thing teleported me into the fearscape with it I just about shat myself.

Spoilers for pretty much everything so far I saw a rather interesting theory about Pearl not belonging to Rose or Pink Diamond. So far all the other Pearls we've seen have match the colour of their respective leader and have a similar gem placement to their leader. Pearl's gem doesn't ma...

I don't feel bad about saying this unspoilered because it's essentially meta information about the game's structures rather than plot or what not, but I'll spoiler it anyway. No story or character spoilers in this post. It's impossible to get a Pacifist ending on your first play through. When yo...

Re: Shadowrun Returns

See, I was playing a decker with high charisma (it was recommended to be able to see the most stuff) so I was largely relying on Eiger and Glory to deal damage. It was a safe thing to rely on.

I definitely still enjoyed it, I should say.

Re: Shadowrun Returns

I never played Returns, so I can't comment there, but I suspect my problem with it is that it's a turn based squad combat RPG :P I was in it for the world and the story. Some of the combat was really interesting such as the experimental cyberware troll escape smuggle thing , but some of it was reall...

Re: Shadowrun Returns

I have only played Dragonfall and it was really great. I spent last year listening to my friends go on about how much they enjoyed it. Very pleased with the plots, Glory was wonderful and the glimpses into the wider shadowrun world is good fun. Shame about the gameplay, really ;)

That sounds theoretically ok as long as their techniques/systems are well defined and stuck to, becaue if personal bias gets involved (and it almost certainly will) I foresee these behaviour detection officers becoming yet another thing that shits all over certain minority groups.

Most suitcases I've seen have zips and zips are real easy to pop open. Having a secure door is pointless if your walls are flimsy. (especially if it turns out your door isn't all that secure anyway...)

Reply to maybe agnostic I think there's some variation in size outside of fusion. Ruby, Sapphire and Amethyst are all pretty small. Also, in Pearl's memory/hologram of the gem wars, her and Rose go up against a really big warrior homeworld gem, as big as a x3 fusion, but from what Jasper has...

About Steven's aging: He seemed to be the age he felt. I imagine that, now he is aware of that sort of thing, it could lead to him being in his prime for many many years. Of course, we'll likely never know, but seeing as Pearl has been on Earth alone for over 10,000 years, not taking into accoun...
