I bought a loaf of french bread, then made some bruschetta. French bread tastes amazing when you soak it in olive oil then pan fry it. It's how i make my toast. Today, i put smoked salmon, diced tomatoes, and basil on my bread.

Shanghai- The potstickers there are amazing. Also, venders everywhere sell these ridiculous lamb skewers... at 25 cents each.
I'm also going on a school trip to France just so I can eat their food :D

i score my salmon about 2 hours beforehand, then rub with basil, salt and pepper. Then I fry it in corn oil- i like my skin really crispy, and I feel that olive oil doesn't have a high enough smoke point for that.

Getting your grains

How and what do you eat for your grains? Do you buy it precooked, or do you make it yourself?
I eat a bowl of rice almost every day. It's really cheap (40-50 cents per pound where I live), and goes well practically anything.
