Re: Sources for Terrorism Beliefs

First, I will say a bit about who I am: a secular Dutch person who might be attributed with having "anarchist" or "anti-fascist" beliefs as part of their personality. One might also describe me as a "rebel against (perceived) oppression". Now, considering I live in the ...

Re: Civilization 5!!!

Yeah, the AI is dumb in combat which makes the combat side of the game feel all the weaker. It doesn't matter much when the military outcome is inevitable but there are a lot of times where you can hold off attacks that if you had control on the other side you would easily flatten yourself. Re: Civilization 5!!!

The latest expansion is quite nice. The diplomatic additions (world congress/united nations) are a vast improvement over the little diplomatic interaction you had before, and the social policy changes are also quite nice. Citizens can demand you change your policies based on what other civilizations...

If I killed someone in a suicide attempt other than myself, I'd probably redouble my efforts.

If I got sent to jail for 15 years after an attempted suicide, I'd make damn well make sure I'd die within those 15 years.

While this is very interesting of course, it'd hardly 1984ish... I mean. It's not like "they" have been doing this to people or anything. Of course, it does allow for a lot of conspiracy theorists reaffirm their belief in their theories, considering the researchers have achieved this in mi...

Supposedly (I've never tested it, and I'm not sure it was an official statement), but if you're on a LAN, the game will use the local connection. This is not the case. You can drop out of games where it is just you in the game. No one else. ALL games are hosted on the battle.net servers directly. Y...

What if they put up a disclaimer in front, saying "This episode was created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone", so that the people working at comedy central will be protected from a possible terrorist attack (as that is the reason for the censor, according to the daily show).

Would it be at all possible to mutate the virus into a stable (possibly supervirus) state? I mean ... at all? Like, it mutates to the point where it reproduces twice as fast, becomes airborne and is not affected by random mutations.

Or does it not work that way?
