Wish 1: Write out the true value of pi.

Wish 2: Make a wish so extrordinary that even you can't grant it.

Wish 3: For God's sakes will you stop writing the value of pi and get to my second wish already! I'm getting bored.

Re: Secretary: Part 3

Is it just me, or does this comic contain too many indirect references to Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long blog to be pure coincidence (i.e. sheeple, followed almost directly by 'death ray'), while each on its own would not be a reference to it, together, it (at least for me) was hard to miss. I think th...

Re: "Mission" Discussion

Am I the only one that feels this comic is a little half-assed? Maybe Randall is going for a greater theme or story that I'm just not privy to, but this comic just didn't do it for me. I don't know, it seems nice to me to have a comic that isn't going to spark again an over-the-top debate in the fo...

Re: A new 9-dots riddle

I followed the links to get to the riddle. My complaint is as follows: I figured out almost immediately (because of a lack of picture) that the solution was probably rearranging the dots in a more helpful way. But not wanting to wait ten minutes for my answer to be confirmed, I went into the source ...

I always want to solve these mathematically, but then I get frustrated because I can't think of any mathematical correlation, only to find out it sometimes has nothing to do with math at all.

Re: Quest I-Poon

I was on vacation for a week, so I've been away. Can't figure out secret level six for the life of me. Is the answer a series of slashes and stuff? Anyway, I'm tired of trying lots of clever possibilities that probably have nothing to do with the likely totally non-sequitur answer. So help please?

Okay, I tried -80, negative eighty, -eighty, negative 80, dynamic -80, dynamic -80..., 4960, -52, 4960..., -52..., "4960...", and various other combinations. I was about to throw my keyboard when I realized I hadn't tried the one combination that would actually work. Argh! I hate this quiz...

I spent about five minutes on the second one and then got frustrated and gave up. This isn't a spoiler as I don't know the solution, but here are some thoughts I have. Victory Monument Amyway, a sort-of walkthrough can be found here: http://stay-june.blogspot.com/2007/06/quest-i-poon.html It doesn't give answers, but the hints sometimes very blatant, sometimes subtle, helped me get to 46. I'm new to this board so this problem is new to me. Frankly it's frutrating. I've read the solution, an initially disagreed with it. Then I read pages of arguments and can reasonably agree with the solution, but the counter-arguments to the solution still feel a lot more correct when I read them. I'...

It's comics like this that make me feel really dumb. I end up learning a whole lot more about the world, so that's kind of good. My only point is that it kind of ruins the joke if I have to look up the punchline on wikipedia. This one made me look up the title.

They're all incredibly quirky, and might not be everyone's cup of tea, but check out Badly Drawn Dawg series 3 on Newgrounds. If you don't like that, I doubt you'll like any of his non-impossible quiz animations.

Yeah, I've played both of them when they were first on Newgrounds. I think they're fun, but get really frustrating. Especially the questions that have nonsensical answers. One thing worth mentioning, at least according to my statistics professor is that each number having an equal chance of being chosen only holds true if the system by which the number is chosen is completely random. The example he gives to illustrate this point is that if you flip a quarter 99 times,...
