The vast majority of profits in Sleeper loot is from the blue tags from C3 and up. Those tags are sold to NPC corps. They're an isk faucet.

That much weight forces my heels to come down more. And yeah, free weights. I have no clue what a smith machine is.

They've told me to keep my heels on the ground but not much beyond that. I've gotten 360lbs up.

If my knees bend, my heels come up. With bent knees, I can't get my heels down. Get someone at your gym that knows what they're talking about to fix your form, or take a video. It sounds like you're doing something trivially wrong. If I'm doing something trivially wrong then my coaches suck at teac...

It happens wearing nothing or shoes. I get a kind of painful feeling like it isn't possible for my foot to bend to that angle.

Mmm, I'm not sure if it's form or flexibility. I tried that with no weight on my back just now and my heels came off the ground.

I have a similar problem sometimes.

I try to explain something to someone, usually some complicated idea..and my brain tries to do it all at once. I have trouble breaking things down for people, I guess. It wouldn't be a problem if the rest of the human race would learn telepathy like I did.

Maybe the scale needs some specifics ironed out. For example, launching ships because you're a queen doesn't count. They have to be launched because of beauty, love, or some other similar concept, such as cookies.
