Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)

2841 + 20 + 21 + 22 + 23 + 24 = 2931

Week 2 of weighted pull ups complete. The first few reps feel pretty easy now. My arms and back are pretty sore though.

Next week starts with rep of 7,6,5,4,3. Should be fun.

Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)

2771 + 16 = 2787 I started doing weighted pullups. The max I can do with 25 lbs is 6. My numbers will be down but I am doing pullups 5 days a week to get back up to sets of 10+. Hopefully it won't take more than a month or so to build the strength. Current sets are: Set 1 - 5 Set 2 - 4 Set 3 - 3 Set...

so I picked this up yesterday. I got a bit distracted by the Multiplayer. Seems very similar to Mass Effect 3 multiplayer which I really enjoyed. I had a few issues with sounds cutting out but overall it was a good experience. It seems that some of the loot carries over to the campaign. Has anyone l...

It was strictly my characters vs his characters. It had cardboard pieces to show cone effects for we...

Re: 10,000 Pull-ups (or Chin-ups)

I am definitely not going to hit the numbers I did when I was younger. My goal now is to get more done over a set time frame. I have been doing 10 minute EMOM sets. At first I was happy to get 30 done in 10 minutes. Now I am up to 50 and starting to feel pretty good. I got tired of waiting around af...

Re: Board games anyone?

Can anyone help me recall/find a board game? This is probably a long shot as I don't recall the name or the publisher and I last played it in 1998. The game had detailed figurines. The figures had wings and it was set with future type weapons(flamethrowers, rifles etc..). I believe it was on a hex g...

I am looking forward to being able to move mods from PvP gear to non-PvP gear. Will finally be able to get a gear set that looks decent.

I think I am going to buy the Juggernaut PvE set and put my PvP mods in. Looks better and will definitely confuse a ton of people.
