Re: The Gojoe Memorial Mafia Discussion Thread

Is anyone here that wants to mod a Resistance game? I read some games and they look fun. Though I think it'd be better if the spies didn't know each other. The game wouldn't work at all of the spies didn't know eachother. Than everyone's sole motivation would be to get themselves on the team and to...

Re: Reality Sharing aka Lifecasting Extreme

The technology you are talking about is science fiction at this point in time. We don't have anything that remotely approximates it. I assumed this was the case, but we can still talk about the vague challenges and goals associated with making it in a reality. I put it in this forum because I'm not...

Re: Reality Sharing aka Lifecasting Extreme

The main problem with this idea is that the person receiving the data wouldn't be controlling the body their sense data is coming from. This would be a hugely disorienting sensation and would cause severe motion sickness. Yeah, you'd probably want to be strapped into a chair or something to avoid h...

Reality Sharing aka Lifecasting Extreme

First off, I know there is a Fictional Science subforum. I'd like to hear how far science could take this idea in real life, preferably sometime within the next thousand years. The idea: Download every bodily sense (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, balance, hunger, etc.) but not any part of a pers...

Deva is correct with respect to the correction of your math, but you also have to take into account the difficulty of these questions. Most people can do a lot better than randomly guessing the answers.

I guess that's totally possible if Diemo faked Tim's sanity. I don't know why they'd do it, but it's totally possible. My bad. You're correct. Of course, Diemo could also have recruited you with that logic.

Because you and Tim's cop results only work with each of you being sane. You can't both be sane. Therefore one of you (or both of you is scum). Therefore the scum team can't be me/Diemo.
