Re: "I Know You're Listening" Discussion

I am officially freaked out. Is there anything weird I do that Randall doesn't?

Re: "Decline" Discussion

This one struck me as sort of a self-ribbing on Randall's part, as a reference to all of the graph-based comics he's done recently. Good comic.

Truer words were never spoken. I remember many a comic, this one especially, that I had to do research to understand, but were still hilarious.

The alt-text is particularly brilliant with this comic.

Re: "A Bunch of Rocks" Discussion

The comic inspired me to write this essay http://www.xdr.com/dash/essays/TheUniverse.html , after I had a profound revelation about why our own universe exists. -Dave I just wanted to say, what a great essay! I loved it and I think you're right. It reminds me of a quote from Star Trek , I think Dat...

Re: "A Bunch of Rocks" Discussion

In my humble noobish opinion, I think this is probably the best comic ever. Of any strip, not just xkcd.

I mean, wow, Randall. Just wow.

And funny too! The joke at the end was brilliant!

We're all in this program together, folks. It's nice to see there are people out there who can see that.

Reminds me of that episode of Futurama where Fry ends up with the Robot Devil's hands.

It seems the Devil isn't as tricky these days as he used to be...

Re: "Secretary: Part 2"

I swear "nacient" changed to "nascent" and then back again. I should've taken a screen. I never saw a missing "o" in "completely," but I wouldn't be surprised if I had just overlooked it. Edit: And Gracenotes screened it. Thank you. Everyone thank Gracenotes! ...

Re: "Secretary: Part 1"

Anybody else thinking that part of the idea behind this 5-part series was to line up xkcd's 500th comic with the night of the election? Because I think it does line up. (I live on the west coast, so I see the comics on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.)

Re: "Flash games" Discussion

GET OUT OF MY HEAD, LORD RANDALL.

I was just sitting here, playing a flash game, and I notice the time, so I come over to xkcd, and Randall's mind-reading device is working on me again.

Maybe it's a browser-tracking virus or something...

So true though.

Finnegans Wake is on the asymptote. I was hoping to be the first one to mention the Wake , but you beat me to it. Dangit! It's true. It, Clockwork Orange , 1984 , Gulliver's Travels ... they just wouldn't have been the same if they hadn't made up crazy words. I think this comic needs a corollary: w...

THIS COMIC IS AWESOME!! and made me feel happy and all warm and fuzzy inside too.

I've been an xkcd fan for months, but I just had to celebrate this one. I love it so much. :D
