i'm pretty sure you need to know all three; hiragana, katakana, and kanji (i guess all or most of the jouyou kanji) if you want to get by without problems.

What exactly are they? I always hear about how Russian has 7 noun cases, and Finnish has like 16... but I don't really know what one is. Thankee kindly for your answer.

Estoy en grado 10 tambien, pero estoy en Español 2. Mi problema es que me gusta todos las idiomas, y ojalo aprenderlos. no puedo estudiar solo español. necesito mas tiempo para aprenderlo porque estudio otras idiomas en el mismo tiempo. Y lo siento, yo se que mi Español es muy malo :P .

Well I'm a millenial, and i'm guilty of many of these things. I'm a texting and myspace whore, and I can't live without technology. But I definitely appreciate everything the Gen X'ers have done, although I honestly don't really know what exactly that consists of. I respect my elders :D .

I prefer firefox 3. i tried chrome, and it's nice, but i can't scroll up on it o_o. i can scrollwheel down, but not up. this only happens using chrome.

My opinion is, if she ended up deciding not to make her own encyclopedia, why not let him make his? I assume he gave her credit in his, and she admitted herself that the material was from her own thoughts, which means it's accurate. The point is to make the fans happy, and she should know that.
