Re: 0850: World According To Americans

That is the joke. You'll often see "The world according to X Group" which humorously exposes the bias or ignorance of the group. The joke here is that someone tried to do that, but the participants actually turned out to make a decent map, ruining their attempt at social commentary.

Also, if Echo's resistance is purely physical, why bother making her an active first? Why cultivate her ability to resist imprints and develop an independent mind if all they need is spinal fluid?

Yeah, that was my thought, too. It seemed careless to leave that laying around in her noggin. I guess one could argue they were in a hurry what with letting all the rest of the dolls go and everything so they just shoved what they had into here. Still a dumb move. Well, to be fair, it was only supp...

Re: New Joss Whedon Series: Dollhouse [Spoilers Within]

I have a new theory about Adele: Maybe she gave up the plans because of Alpha. Alpha is, after all, a very dangerous genius, and she'd be a fool to try to manipulate him through deception. But she could still manage to exert some degree of control over alpha ONLY by surrendering her own. That is...

Then, they check with your sources are cited correctly, so, you could essentially have a ridiculously high percent plagiarized, but not get hurt by it, if it is in quotes and cited correctly. But of course, in that case, you'd probably get marked down for to many quotes. It's not plagiarism if it's...

Yes. And one with blue stripes too. A Christmas tree sized item you can hold with your hand. Well... an artificial Christmas tree certainly qualifies, but I am very curious as to what you had in mind when declaring that it should be "Christmas tree sized." A choose-your-own-adventure book.
