Re: Terminology Question: Percentile vs Percentile Rank

It looks like the percentile rank is the percentage of values that are below a score (so, just a number), while the percentile is the group of all of the values that are below a given percentile rank. If your mass is at the 89th percentile (89% of the population has less mass than you), then the per...

A theory I seen kicking around reddit: White's Pearl's gem is on her stomach, our Pearl's gem is on her forehead, Pink's gem is on her stomach, and White's gem is on her forehead. This suggests that White's Pearl used to be Pink's pearl, and vice versa. This ends up being...

I don't get the appeal of this meme. Origin of it aside, I think what makes it appealing is how easy it is to encode the reference in other forms. Since all you need is the four-panel format of one thing, two things, two things, and two things with one of them sideways, it's easy to hide in otherwi...

That the vast majority of the symbiotes apparently die seem of no concern to the Goa'uld, so I would say that they are not there just to serve as incubators. So the Goa'uld in power are exploiting what is basically child labor for their species in order to have strong, dependent armies to maintain ...
