Re: Deleting your account on xkcd.

Moo, my past membership and ability to live with the guidelines provided should serve as proof that the action was unnecessary. I do understand that this is a good preventative measure. If however we begin to accuse people of things they have not done (See GM's response thinking that it had been tak...

Re: Deleting your account on xkcd.

Dream, I was referring to my "edit" ability being taken away because I approached Belial about what xkcd's stance on the issue of account deletion was.

sje46 I always thought it was more about how society viewed him rather how he viewed himself. Interesting and provactive perspective.

Re: Deleting your account on xkcd.

Short story, right?

My relationship with Kafka is love-hate. A lot of his ideas are so visible in real life. Yet there is nothing special about him.

GM, the subject between me and you, is your personal bias against me. Not whether account deletion should be a service xkcd provides.

Don't change the subject. GM, you said I got my "edit" ability taken away ages ago because I was deleting my post. You haven't had your edit ability for ages. That evidently has nothing to do with this thread, because you were in that group before posting this thread. IIRC you were abusing...

I use 3.14159265..., whenever it is not taken. So I use it in many places.

The option that Magilla suggests is something like what reddit does. It just says [Deleted]. The comments stay. The attribution to a certain poster is gone.
