Re: "One Two" Discussion

This is the first time XKCD *really* let me down. I find this comic gratuitously divisive and prejudiced. And I indeed find it stereotyping.

Re: "We Get It" Discussion

That's not the most annoying. The most annoying is, after suffering this behaviour from people for years, when you vengefully say :

"I saw Avatar with my boyfriend ! "

They all go "Must you gays turn everything into a flag waving political statement ?"

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts (Random like the plague)

I have just realized that I have some chance to be alive at the turn of hexentury, for in just 26 years we will be reaching the symbolic year 800 and I will be (if alive) 45 year old --- a ripe old age, but not at all elderly by today's standards.

I have argued that (popular) electronic music is one of the few surving bastions of "development" in music. Count me among those (few ?) people who are crazy about both Classical music and Techno.

Re: "Piano" Discussion

How hard can it be to tell a joke properly? Jeez. That's where half the fun comes from! The fact that the first one has to spell out that the genie is hard of hearing, and the fact that the ducks walk through the door, instead of the very descriptive "POOF... POOF.. POOF.." in the second ...

Re: "Converting to Metric" Discussion

What would be *really* helpful would be a graph of (nonerect) mean penile length versus air temperature. In metric units, of course.
