My understanding is that technology is adding a lot of new vocabulary, but it is language structure, spelling, pronunciation, grammar that is slowing down its rate of change. Honestly I can't tell you very much about Felchlin. I have actually not bought any chocolate directly from them, but through a lovely store here in Sweden that sells bars of Felchlin's chocolate which they mold themselves. The only two varieties I've tried are called Maracaibo and Maracaibo Creol ....
