I was shocked that they managed to invent enough stuffing to turn Polar Express into a movie. The 32-ish page beautiful Caldecott-winning children's books they try to turn into movies...

I completely agree. Bridge to Terabithia was an excellent, tastefully done movie. I haven't read the book*, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Meh, I have a feeling this comic could have benefited from better organization and more thorough knowledge of baseball for joke purposes. It was such a great concept, but the execution was a bit of a let-down.
