Great thing: discovered that i could remove the length adjustment component (which previously only allowed for short beard length hair) from my facial hair trimmer (not shaver) such that it cuts alot closer and i can wear the '3 day old stubble' look all the time :D now shaving isn't such an annoyan...

My novel was "Conspiracy.com" written about some conspiracy in silicon valley, sounds similar to the Antitrust movie (havent actually read the book, its just in a stack i got from the library). Its written by a Computer Engineer working for AMD :P

^ agreed. We have similar issues in Perth. Definitely the age-group involved. Sure culture may affect it to some degree, however for the most part it is kids wanting to rebel and wanting to prove and validate themselves to their peers.
