There is a lengthy post about this on tomshardware dealing with this exact issue. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/254618-28-making-squealing-noise-mouse-scrolling-help Well, nice to know that the problem is not uncommon, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive solution listed there. Re: Interference noise coming from inside PC enclosure

The noise is similar to static, but it doesn't sound random. It changes according to what I'm doing in the browser. Also, the power supply is plugged into a grounded outlet, so that ought to be covered. I stuck my head inside the case once more, and if I can trust my own ears it appears that the noi...

Interference noise coming from inside PC enclosure

Dear help desk, I've recently put toghether a new desktop PC, and I've had some noise issues with it. A lot of things are too loud for my liking, including the hard drives, PSU, and CPU fan, but the reason I'm asking for help is a sound that doesn't fall under any of those categories. It sounds a lo...

It's the same with me, only I have the 2K Huge Games Pack with 50 games. So far I played three of them. Even so, those three games were good enough to merit most of the price for the whole pack. Gotta love Steam, huh?

How the hell am I supposed to capture all three repulsors? The best I can do is fuse two of them but that gets me nowhere. Edit: Apparently the solution is t...

My Paragon bar is full. Fuller than full, having that Death Mask on my head as well. Like I said before, in the most important dialogue checks it's the ratio that matters. Well, it takes some thinking through but you can reasonably determine who is the most suited for a particular task. Wait, no, that can't be right. I'm sure it was over for at least 12 hours at the time of that post. Do they have different sales for different regions or something? Cause that would be stupid. Yeah, I guess that some of the moments in DE2 are less dramatic if you haven't played 1 yet. You're less likely to go "Holy crap, Nicolette DuClaire?!" that way.

By the way, you might also be interested in Deus Ex 3.

No, the point was that in every game there are progress bars, it doesn't matter whether or not they're indicated. But that's just obvious, since every game has a beginning and an end.

Reason has no place in fear. Not so. There are many valid reasons to be afraid of certain things. For example, if I encountered a rabid dog I would be pretty afraid, and for good reason. Panic, on the other hand, is what eliminates all reason. Then there's things like phobias or paranoia, but the p...
