Does anyone have any suggestions for running now that the temperatures is rising? I'm probably a wimp but the last time I went out on my little "learn to run" session temperatures were in the 90s, I started feeling really worn out about 2/3 of the way through and had a tough time finishing...

Thank you for the answers to my questions! I've stopped trying to speed up and the last run felt a lot easier and less torturous.
