Re: [Survey!] How Do You Game?

I'll post two. 1. What game are you talking about? Dragon Age: Origins. 2. Roughly how many sessions of gaming did it take you to complete the game the first time? Around 9 or 10. 3. On average, estimate how long these sessions were. If they varied a lot in length, mention this as well. 3-5 hours. O...

Re: Fallout 3!

Man. Am I the lone 360 Fallout player here? All this talk of mods really makes me wish I had a decent PC to game on. The re-playability of the console port (with add-ons) kind of runs out after 200+ hours and a dozen characters. Anyway. I recently finished my "perfect" character on Fallout...

Yes. I think Eddie Vedder is exactly what you're looking for. He's the first one that comes to my mind, anyway, when someone's talking baritone vocals. Not to mention Pearl Jam rules.

Re: magic cards dumped; general magic discussion ensues

The problem with the holy strength is that it really does give you card disadvantage. You can get a 1/1 with +1/+2 on the second turn, but then on your opponents third or fourth turn, if they play any creature removal or a bigger creature then you have spent two cards, they have spent one, and you ...

Re: MTG decks.

Some recommendations. I'm not a fan of cards like Righteousness; I'd rather play real creature removal (Path to Exile, Journey to Nowhere, or Oblivion Ring) than a very situational card like Righteousness. Also, I don't like Holy Strength or Indestructibility, since they both create card disadvanta...

I've played the demo and I had a lot of fun with it. The combat's dynamic and fun to watch, which is what I expect out of Batman. I really hope they expand on some of the concepts (gameplay-wise) with the actual release, though. It seemed to focus on just a few aspects of gameplay and I couldn't hel...

This game looks entirely epic beyond epic. Once I saw that the soundtrack contained a single song by In Flames (my favorite band of all time, by far), and a less popular one at that, I was sold. Of course, the rest of it looks good as well. The entire soundtrack is 99% awesome, the voice talent is a...
