Re: Thoughts for ships

My passenger side headlight burnt out last night, so I ordered some new bulbs on Amazon and got them this afternoon. At work, I was looking up instructions on how to change out the bulbs, and I was getting ridiculous instructions like removing the wheel and reaching up through the wheel well to chan...

Re: Definitive rankings of -- french fries?

I'm a little weirded out that someone would rank Del Taco's fries so highly. They're a very average crinkle fry. In fact, I don't think I've ever had a remarkable crinkle fry at a fast food chain before--Del Taco, Culver's, Raising Cane's, Habit Burger. They all taste the same to me. If I had to ran...

I spent an hour in an urgent care center with a deep concern that I had a periodontal abscess and all it turned out to be was some inflammation from a poorly-fit over-the-counter nightguard. I feel stupid now.

Here in Tucson, we have an awful combination of "trailing left arrows" and two left-turn lanes at many major intersections. The result is that several cars will hang out in the middle of the intersection for a good portion of the green cycle. The forward moving, non-turning traffic is usua...

The Northern Atlantic hurricane season typically ends on 30 November. There have certainly been cyclones which have formed after that date, particularly during the crazily busy 2005 season where we ran out of names and had to start using Greek letters.

I'd be almost kind of concerned if the actress chosen to play this character didn't know enough about the character to know why people were going to make a big deal about the casting.
