Name for speed at which tropospheric bubbles occur?

I would have added 'cavitation' to the title, had I had the room to do so. Basically, I'd like to know if there's a "mach" style name for the speed at which an aeroplane leaves a wake of empty space. If there's no name, maybe we can make one up. If anyone wants to discuss the practicalitie...

I usually substitute the µ for a silence when reading it, but when speaking aloud I usually avoid the topic/ say microtorrent, though seeing the popularity of the more natural yootorrent, I think I'll switch.

It seems like it's almost a taboo to write a short post, but the thread title pretty much covers it: What is the source of craving?

Is it classical conditioning of some kind, perhaps an association of a specific food with a feeling?
Perhaps a nutritional deficiency?
