Re: The Mafia with the Golden Gun (Day 002)

Possibly rushing into LYLO is arguably a strange use of the word "cautious", You don't seem to grasp the mechanic. With standard 1 lynch/day Town has less control of the situation, especially since we basically have no night-results to work with. Multiple lynches is not "rushing into...

Re: The Mafia with the Golden Gun (Day 002)

That's a very different plan. It's not. The aim is the same but this is the more cautious version. Possibly rushing into LYLO is arguably a strange use of the word "cautious", but plytho's other point stands regardless of your opinion on that matter. ninja'd by moody somi seems to be igno...

Re: The Mafia with the Golden Gun (Day 002)

My money is on "got lucky" as a game with only a hammer lynch and no night kill would be...I'm not sure if I could call it mafia? That doesn't rule out scum withholding. Seems like a good way to sow further confusion. Also, any vote manipulation powers are likely to be gadgets, meaning sc...

I have night results too, but not yet willing to share. Denoting players 1 to 8. All players vote 8. 1 to 7 vote 7 1 to 6 vote 6 1 to 5 vote 5 1 to 4 vote 4 1 to 3 plus 8 (phonecall, because rules don't forbid it) vote 3 1 to 2 plus 6 plus 7 vote 2 1 plus 3 plus 4 plus 5 vote 1 If anyone from 1 to 4...

As usual I struggled a bit with my reads, but here goes. TOWN bessie: appears to be normal bessie turned up to eleven, she's noticeably more aggressive than usual. I'm not sure what to make of that, but she has the most solid content in the game so far. plytho: started out with a little fluff, but h...

Re: The Mafia with the Golden Gun (D1)

Lots of bells and whistles to play with. Getting down to fundamentals, seven seems like it would be an awkward number of players to balance for. 5-2 gets you to LYLO with one mislynch, while 6-1 seems a bit lonely for scum. I think bessie already pointed this out, but there are 8 players in the gam...

There's a youtube channel (and website) dedicated entirely to trucks crashing at a low clearance bridge in North Carolina. I wanted you to know that.
Edit: it's kind of odd that on all the videos I've seen so far, the truck driver just drives off without checking the damage.

Re: Why, around the whole internet, are moderators such dick

Yet another forum locks every thread after 300 posts and a sequel is started if necessary, splitting long running threads into numbered chunks (the reason for this is a mystery to me). Referring to 4chan by any chance? Can be annoying to keep up with conversations, but quotes help a little bit. No,...
