Re: 2071: "Indirect Detection"

The current outrage among my Facebook friends from my hometown is over someone who was charged with reckless homicide for killing three children by ignoring a bus's stop sign received and was able to post $500 bail. Because, apparently, the point of bail is to punish you before you've even been trie...

Re: Police misbehavior thread

Honestly, willingness to sign up to wield a baton against your neighbors in the first place, is itself a sign of moral unfitness to do the task.

Anyone who wants to be a cop ipso facto lacks the character necessary to do so.

Re: Trump presidency

Borders are a crime against humanity.

It's those who are responsible for making and enforcing them who are the ones in the wrong, not those violating them.

God will condemn border enforcers to Hell for all eternity if they do not repent and cease sinning.

When the adults are back in charge, how do we punish the 63,000,000 Trump-voting children for their misbehavior?

Is a time-out in order? 25-30 years should be enough to get them to think about what they've done and the harm they've caused, don't you think?

The NCAA requires universities to carry an insurance policy to cover injuries sustained in the course of players' activities (games, practice, weightlifting, etc.) as athletes, although from what I'm able to gather it appears that parents' insurance (if any) is primary.
