I saw the blackout too. OK, the title text seems to imply there was 28 seconds (18 hours / 2300) of dead air somewhere around the middle of the broadcast. I see buns a lot in the city. A few years ago, there was one on my street, a black and white one obviously a pet that had gotten loose. We left food out and he appreciated it, gracing our property often. I would have liked to let him run free in the neighborhood, but he almost got run over.

I take the bus 6 time a day. Not only do I deal with traffic jams, the bus has its own schedule, and has to stop at every stop. Not to mention the drivers who decide the best time to turn is when the bus is bearing down on their path. One bus had an accident when a driver got in the bus's blind spot...
