Planetside 2 is interesting purely due to the ridiculous scale of the game. There's really nothing quite like it. WanderingLinguist isn't deliberately being mean. XP genuinely is a terrible, unsupported security risk these days. It looks to me like you overreacted considering the thread question is "What's your virus/security procedure?" and not "What should my virus/security procedure be?"....
