How big does the airhole need to be?

Okay, this is a question I was pondering the other day. :) If you were sitting very still at the centre of an airtight box (say it's 2x2x2m) and a circular airhole is drilled into the centre of one side, how big would the hole need to be so that you could stay in the box indefinitely without suffoca...

Hmm I'm not sure if we have those in Australia, but I'll have a look around.
